What makes Our Place cookware different from traditional pans?
Our products, like the Always Pan, are designed to replace multiple pieces of traditional cookware. We use high-quality, non-toxic ceramic non-stick coatings that are free from PTFEs, PFOAs, and other PFAS.
How should I clean and care for my ceramic-coated cookware?
To preserve the non-stick life, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild soap once the pan has cooled. Avoid using metal utensils and stick to high-smoke-point oils instead of aerosol sprays.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your kitchen. We offer a 100-day trial period. If you aren't satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 100 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging.
Is Our Place cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Yes, our latest generations of the Always Pan and Perfect Pot are fully compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working hard to bring Our Place to more kitchens around the world soon.
